It doesn’t sound much like it, does it? The sleepy world of the Ogre Empire slot is revealed in this charming game from Betsoft. You cannot miss the ogre shown as the game begins, and he does seem like a sleepy guy. This can be good for you though, as you will soon find out.
Reels and lines
There is a familiar format propping up this game, featuring five reels and 25 lines in play.
Choose from these coins
One penny is all you need to bet on each line to get started. There are other coins too, going up to a maximum of a dollar per line.
Ogre Empire special symbols
The game begins in Day Mode. The wild in this part of the game is a Sun Bloom flower. Whenever it appears, it can change adjacent symbols into wilds as well.
At some point, the moon will appear on the reels. When this occurs, the game switches into Night Mode. This is when the ogre falls asleep, and the wild changes to the Night Bloom flower. If an A appears over any of the middle three reels, look to see if a joker appears just behind it. This triggers a 2x wild multiplier to be activated, for a chance at some bigger prizes.
Night Mode ends when the sun rises on reel three. It must appear over the entire reel to change back to Day Mode. Finally, we should mention a standard wild that can appear both day and night during the game.
Are there bonus features involved as well?
Day Mode features a random element called Ogre Smash. If the ogre triggers this feature, existing symbols will vanish, and new ones will appear, for an extra chance to try and get some winning lines.
There is no other special feature to trigger in this game, though. The Day and Night Modes each have their own perks, as already described. You cannot win any free spins during the game.
